Because all of our brand kits are digital products delivered instantly upon payment, we want to be upfront about our policy before you buy.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant-access, digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been made and the template link has been delivered. This applies to all brand kits, templates, and digital downloads sold in our shop. We encourage you to review all product previews, color palettes, and kit details carefully before completing your purchase.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Because our brand kits are delivered digitally and immediately, there is no way to “return” a digital file once it has been accessed. Unlike physical products, we have no way to verify that a file has not been copied or used after delivery. We appreciate your understanding of this limitation.
